WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP FOR REMOTE COACHING?

Once we receive your information we will reach out to you to establish your goals and first steps.

HOW OFTEN CAN I TALK WITH A COACH?

We are available to answer questions throughout the day. No, it's not 24/7, our coaches value their sleep! But if the sun's up, we usually are too and are happy to help.

DO YOU DO MEAL PLANS?

We do not. We believe empowering you to decide what foods to eat and when is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle. But, we will help you find foods you and your family enjoy!

DO I HAVE TO MEASURE MY FOOD ON A SCALE?

No, you don't. We have clients who have a history of weighing their food and enjoy it, but it is not our primary way of measuring food.

WHAT ALL DO I GET WITH MY NUTRITION COACHING?

While our main focus is on nutrition, we will tackle any and everything we can to help you pursue deep health- a full & complete life of health. So we will talk about ways to manage stress, sleep hygiene, habits, and anything else we can to help you achieve your goals. We have a deep repertoire of resources to help you get where you want to go.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH ATHLETES?

No, not at all. While our initial focus was on athletes, we want to help as many people as possible.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN POWELL PERFORMANCE?

Plain and simple- we meet you where you are. Every client is different, along with their lives, stresses, changes they need, and help they require. We want to step into your life and help do whatever we can to increase the quality of your life.

I AM INTERESTED IN MY SON/DAUGHTER TRAINING WITH POWELL PERFORMANCE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO SESSIONS WORK?

We plan for 45-60 minutes for each session. Each workout will include a warm-up and a training session. Depending on the session, some will also include a cool down.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY SESSIONS?

For the 6 & 12 session packages, you have one month from your purchase date to use all of them. For the 20 sessions, we offer 60 days to use them.

DO YOU OFFER A SIBLINGS DISCOUNT?

Yes! The siblings rate is listed in our Plans & Pricing above.

SOMETHING CAME UP LAST MINUTE, CAN I RESCHEDULE?

We understand things happen. We ask for a 24 hour notice to your coach so they can plan accordingly. But, our coaches handle cancellations and reschedules on a per case basis.

ARE ALL SESSIONS THE SAME?

We do our best to provide a personalized approach for each student we get the honor to coach. Many sessions may look the same or have the same movements, so feel free to ask the "why" behind what your kiddo is doing.
